Spotlight: Kelly Williams Kemah Councilwoman Williams Named Mrs. Galveston County Kelly Williams will compete for the title of Mrs. Texas America in the statewide pageant June 18-20, 2004 in Grapevine, Texas. Williams is a talented singer and dancer as well as a professional graphic designer. She is well respected for her many civic duties and commitments. This contest is very competitive and has strict requirements and criteria. The energetic Williams will compete in interviews, fitness and evening gown at the pageant. If Kelly Williams wins she will compete in the Mrs. America Pageant in Honolulu, Hawaii, which will be nationally televised. Kelly is well known for her community service and is married to Paul Williams. They are the parents of Hailie and son Paul.
